I understand that life sometimes gets in the way but please be advised that sessions are booked for you and agreed in advance and any slots booked cannot be offered to another client at the last minute. If you have booked a zoom call with me and do not arrive 5 mis after, I will email and contact you to see where you are. If I have no response I will wait for a further 10 mins before logging off and your session will be treated as a no show and your payment will not be refunded. My email and phone number will be sent with the zoom link for you to drop me a line if you are running late so that the session can be rescheduled but no contact at all will be considered a no show. I am a small business and the slot times are limited with a waiting list of clients who could have taken the no show slot. - Thank you for understanding.
